Jonathan Neman & Nathaniel Ru, Sweetgreen cofounders

For Jonathan Neman and Nathaniel Ru, two of the three Sweetgreen cofounders, Homepolish's Noa Santos cooked up the perfect bachelor pad in SoHo.

When Homepolish first set up shop in the Flatiron District of New York, there was this this chill (not to mention delicious) salad joint called Sweetgreen right across the street. We like to think of ourselves as healthy, so we were frequent customers (in fact, we still are), but we never imagined that one day the guys who ran the restaurant chain would be OUR customers.

Sweetgreen’s Jonathan Neman and Nathaniel Ru, who along with Nicolas Jammet founded the company, lead what can easily be described as a nomadic lifestyle, jetting around from their home base of Washington, D.C. to New York and Los Angeles. However, that lifestyle doesn’t mean that Jon and Nate didn’t want a well-established bachelor pad in Manhattan. Homepolish cofounder Noa Santos arrived on the scene to help the two take their SoHo loft to the next level. Together, the three balanced buttoned-up with laid-back for a party-ready home.

Noa and his team have great taste, a good sense of humor, and they helped us turn our space into something truly unique. We believe in bringing people together around experiences and Homepolish helped us just do that. Through the process, we not only created a beautiful home but made a lasting friendship.
