Jaime Ray Newman’s LA Office

This golden parrot lamp was actually Jaime's before Haley even came in to design the space. It's just kooky enough.

Haley brought in a more comfortable desk chair too. Obviously, if you're going to be working, you should at least be comfy. Jaime looks pretty poised here.

Chasing Paper provided some beautiful Stamped Triangle wallpaper for the feature wall. The pattern almost looks like it was hand-applied!

Haley found a beautiful vintage kilim rug to bring in some color. She also updated the armchair with a new ottoman, sheepskin pillow, and throw blanket. Such a cozy office, you could even curl up with a book and some cocoa in here!

After Homepolish designed her husband's office, actress and producer Jaime Ray Newman caught a case of design envy and decided it was time for her workspace to be updated too.

Take two! Needless to say, we love when a client catches the design bug and continues to return to Homepolish for help. Actress and producer Jaime Ray Newman, who you might recognize from her roles on ABC’s Eastwick or more recently Bates Motel, is no stranger to Homepolish. When she and her husband Guy Nattiv upgraded from a condo to a 3-bedroom residence, designer Haley Weidenbaum came in to revamp the space into a bold California home. Guy, who works as a writer/director, got a complete office makeover in the process. It was wrap!
Or so we thought… As they settled into their home, Jaime couldn’t help but compare her office space to her husband’s. It was a 9-by-9 square room with one window and monochrome, uninteresting furnishings, but she knew that with the right help, it would become an inspiring workspace. Haley gladly came back for an encore performance.
Since there wasn’t a ton of space to work with, Haley decided that the best place to make an impact would be on the walls and floor. The feature wall was covered with a whimsical Chasing Paper pattern, and opposite, a calming charcoal paint off-sets the white. It’s a perfect yin and yang, black and white playing off each other. For a splash of color, accessories and a beautiful Kilim rug were brought in. See more in the gallery!

Jaime’s husband was So thrilled with the outcome of his office, and I knew Jaime was a little envious! I had to deliver something she would be equally proud of!
