Sara Azani, founder of fashion blog Style MBA, and her husband Arash, a CEO at a music agency
Sara Azani may not have a literal masters in style (technically it's in marketing and business), but with Homepolish's work on her Arlington condo, she could fool anyone.

How awesome would it be if you could get your masters in anything? “Hello, I’m Sam. I have a masters in Finding Delicious Foods,” or “I’m Victoria, I specialized in Research and Analysis of Netflix Shows.” For Sara Azani (who technically got her masters in marketing and business), this is pretty much a reality that she crafted, having launched the popular fashion blog Style MBA. Using her business acumen, she was able to refocus her life around her love of design.
When she married last April, she moved into her husband’s Arlington condo. Arash, a CEO of a music agency, previously had a stylish bachelor pad, but with Homepolish’s Caitlin Brown, they were able to take the home to the next level. Partnering with HomeGoods, they were able to source everything from art to textiles and lighting. It came together for a mixture of calming neutrals with noticeable glam, a reflection of Sara’s own sartorial aesthetic.
I love a good treasure hunt! With a little tenacity, patience, creativity, a patient husband, and my project teammate Caitlin, I found some amazing decorative pieces that transformed my home and made it worthy of a Homepolish spread.- Sara A., fashion and lifestyle blogger
