Fashion Meets Finance

Steve and Marissa's easy SoHo escape

Wake up in your dream home.

Get started today:

"We got an uptown feel at a downtown price."

The first step inside this SoHo loft was like discovering an empty jewelry box — breathtaking on its own, but even more exciting to fill up with beautiful things. This magnificent, ex-factory space boasted fourteen-foot ceilings, few walls and cascading windows. The owners—part fashion, part finance-wanted to cozy things up without compromising the natural light.

Homepolish began by structuring the space with oversized furniture, both old and new, to maintain an open layout void of any obstructing walls. A patchwork rug added lovely, intricate detail to the family room, and a soft silk and wool mix rug luxed up the living area. The neutral color-scheme was made complete with loads of white-on-white accessories, including a large, whitewashed bookcase filled with stacks of white-edged books.
